Money-Back Guarantee

1. Guarantee:

Workout Meals guarantees customer satisfaction on these terms and conditions.

2. Application of this Guarantee: 

The money-back guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through Workout Meals and is available for all Workout Meals products. Proof of purchase may be required at Workout Meals' discretion.

3. Guarantee Period: 

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they are unsatisfied with their Workout Meals purchase and request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery only.

4. Refund Process:

To request and be eligible for a refund, customers must:

• Contact our customer support team at customerservice@workoutmeals.com.au within the 7 day guarantee period.
• Detail what they were unsatisfied about and provide any requested documentation, including the proof of purchase.

5. Exclusions: 

The money-back guarantee does not apply to products or services marked as "sale" or otherwise indicated as on sale or as non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing Time: 

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

7. Amendments: 

The money-back guarantee is made available in Workout Meals' discretion and Workout Meals reserves the right to amend or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Limitation of Guarantee: 

The money-back guarantee is limited to the refund amount of the original purchase price.
